सोलुखुम्बुको सोलुदुधकुण्डा नगरपालिका–१०, टाप्टिङमा अवस्थित वोङ्छु शेर्पा मेमोरीयल अस्पताललाई आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि नगरपालिकाभित्रकै उत्कृष्ट स्वास्थ्य संस्थाका रूपमा घोषित गरिएको छ। नगरपालिकाले तोकेको न्यूनतम सेवा मापदण्डमा उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन गरेको आधारमा अस्पताललाई यो सम्मान प्रदान गरिएको हो।
नगरपालिकाले आयोजना गरेको वार्षिक समीक्षा कार्यक्रममा अस्पताललाई उत्कृष्ट स्वास्थ्य संस्था घोषणा गरी सम्मान पत्र प्रदान गरिएको थियो। त्यस्तै, जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालय, सोलुखुम्बुले पनि खोप सम्बन्धी उत्कृष्ट सूचकांकका आधारमा अस्पताललाई नगरस्तरकै उत्कृष्ट स्वास्थ्य संस्थाको रूपमा चयन गरेको छ।
यसैगरी, अस्पतालमा कार्यरत मेडिकल अधिकृत डा. ग्याल्छेन गुरुङलाई समुदायप्रति देखाएको समर्पण र उत्कृष्ट सेवाको लागि वर्षकै उत्कृष्ट स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको रूपमा सम्मान गरिएको छ।

Wongchhu Sherpa Memorial Hospital, located in Ward No. 10, Tapting of Solukhumbu’s Solududhkunda Municipality, has been declared the Best Health Institution in the municipality for the fiscal year 2081/82. The hospital earned this recognition based on its outstanding service quality and its strong performance in meeting the minimum healthcare standards set by the municipality.
During the annual review program organized by the municipality, the hospital was formally awarded and recognized for its exceptional service delivery. Likewise, the District Health Office, Solukhumbu, also declared the hospital as the Best Municipal Health Facility, based on its excellent immunization indicators.
Additionally, the hospital’s Medical Officer, Dr. Gyaltsen Gurung, was honored as the Best Health Worker of the Year, acknowledging his dedication, hard work, and remarkable service to the community.
The Mayor of Solududhkunda Municipality, Mr. Namgyal Jangbu Sherpa, presented the certificate of recognition to the hospital and praised the continuous effort and commitment shown by the entire hospital team.
