Yangdi Sherpa, born on July 22, 2000 (2057/07/07 BS), is a committed healthcare practitioner from Soludhudhkunda Municipality, Ward No. 8, Solukhumbu, Nepal. She is a devoted Buddhist and speaks Nepali, English, Hindu, Sherpa, and Tamang, allowing her to efficiently communicate with a varied society.
Yangdi finished her Secondary Education Examination (SEE) at Jana Jagriti Higher Secondary School in Sallery, Solukhumbu, and then went on to study +2 at Chagensthan Higher Secondary School in Kerung. She furthered her education by earning a certificate in Medical Assistance (CMA) from the Himalayan Paramedical Institution in Okhaldhunga. Her professional abilities include excellent organizational management and communication. She has also been trained in DHIS2, CBIMNCI, Primary Eye Care, Mental Health, Tuberculosis Training, and HBB.
Yangdi has been engaged at Wongchhu Sherpa Memorial Hospital since May 1, 2021, and continues to lend her knowledge. Her hobbies include social work, healthcare, and travel, which demonstrate her dedication to communicating, providing service, and developing her skills.
