The recognition was based on the Minimum Service Standards (MSS) and several key health indicators, marking a significant achievement for the hospital. The award was officially announced on Bhadra 30, corresponding to September 15, 2023.

The hospital’s remarkable performance in multiple areas, including patient satisfaction, medical outcomes, and adherence to national health guidelines, earned it the top spot among all healthcare institutions in the municipality. The Annual Health Report 2023, which elevates healthcare facilities based on critical indicators such as timely medical interventions, infection control, and patient recovery rates, is recognized for consistently exceeding expectations.
