Over the years, the Wongchhu Sherpa Memorial Hospital has been fortunate to receive the dedicated service of volunteers from Nepal and around the world. These individuals—ranging from doctors, nurses, and medical students to engineers, artists, and community health workers—have played a vital role in shaping the hospital’s journey from a visionary idea into a center of hope and healing for the people of Solukhumbu. Their selfless contributions, whether through providing patient care, conducting health camps, training local staff, or supporting infrastructure and outreach programs, have left a lasting impact on both the hospital and the surrounding community. We recognize and deeply appreciate their compassion, skill, and unwavering commitment to the mission of bringing quality healthcare to a remote Himalayan region. Their legacy continues to inspire and guide our work every day.
