Ashal Tamang was born on 6 April 1997 (2053/12/24 B.S.) and is a permanent resident of Sunkhoshi Rural Municipality–5, Okhaldhunga, Nepal. He completed his CMA (Community Medical Assistant) course from Himalayan Paramedical College, Okhaldhunga, in 2069/70 B.S. He has been working as a government employee since 2074 B.S.
Currently, he is working at Wongchhu Sherpa Memorial Hospital, where he is involved in both administrative responsibilities and emergency services. Over the years, he has gained practical experience and training in Electronic Health Records (EHR), DHIS-2, PAMS, FCHV Training of Trainers (ToT), PEN (Package of Essential Noncommunicable Disease Interventions), and CB-IMNCI (Community-Based Integrated Management of Childhood Illness).
Ashal is a hardworking and responsible healthcare professional who values teamwork and good communication. He works closely with his colleagues and the local community and is able to coordinate effectively with different people. His experience in both healthcare services and administration has helped him understand the importance of proper coordination, patient care, and efficient hospital management.
He is committed to providing quality healthcare services, supporting his colleagues, and maintaining good relationships between the hospital and the community. He also believes in continuous learning and improving his skills to better respond to the changing healthcare needs of the community.
